Hope Street Xchange has a variety of spaces for events and meetings which are available for hire. Two of these, the Innovation Suite and the Enterprise Suite, can be combined together to create a space of over 160m² (1,700ft²), suitable for a large event for up to 200 people. The Enterprise Suite is one of two new conference and event facilities available in the heart of the City of Sunderland.
This state-of-the-art facility accommodates 120 delegates and is an ideal setting for anything from a formal gathering through to an exclusive product launch.
It is an adaptable venue in Sunderland’s newest building and can be hired with optional break out rooms if required.

The Pinnacle is the jewel in the crown of Hope Street Xchange, comprising an elegant and finely furnished top floor boardroom with stunning views of the surrounding area which can add an air of class to your business occasion.
Ideal for board meetings or client presentations, The Pinnacle even comes complete with its own kitchen for a variety of catering requirements.
In addition to the main meeting and event spaces, a range of high specification smaller meeting rooms suitable for client or team meetings are available to occupiers free of charge (based on a reasonable use policy).
All of our meeting rooms and events spaces have state of the art AV technology, conferencing facilities and high speed wifi access.
