At Hope Street Xchange we pride ourselves on being a hub for start-ups, which is why we’re thrilled this month to showcase one of our first ever tenants Caroline L Gitsham Consulting Ltd. They moved into Hope Street Xchange in February as a brand new consultancy, set up by Caroline Gitsham, who has over 30 years working in the public sector, including 15 years working at an executive level. Her idea was to establish a business that exists to encourage, challenge and inspire people and organisations to enhance their contribution for customers, communities and society.
With a passion for customer service and having worked with a variety of partners across her career, Caroline believes that her experience leading companies through complex, often challenging environments makes her perfectly placed to offer help and guidance to people and businesses across the region.
Her services include; Facilitating Business Strategy & Planning Events, Business Research & Insight, Enabling Business Improvement & Excellence, Policy Review & Development, Responsible Business Practices, Impact & Performance, Customer Strategy, Leadership & Culture, Employee & Stakeholder Engagement, Relationship Building & Influence and Service Review & Development.
Caroline said, “I fell in love with Hope Street Xchange on my first visit. The facilities are amazing, there is something for everyone and it is brilliant to be part of an Innovation & Enterprise Hub. The staff are fantastic and offer a professional service and welcome to clients. My business has taken off since I moved in and I am now working on an Associate Model which is really exciting.”
